The LM013 3G HSDPA USB modem is an unlocked 3G modem which operates with all service providers in the U.K. This means there are no contract ties to worry about - you can use any sim card from any of the operators like 02 and Vodafone and switch between them. Setup is easy as the Windows and Mac OS X software is installed directly from flash memory on the modem itself - no CD-Rom required (Linux driver offered as a download). Offering a 7.2Mbps download rate and upto 384Kbps upload rate anywhere in the world via your 3G SIM Card. A simple slide-in micro-SD slot on the modem accepts a memory card for up to 8 GB (Gigabytes) of memory which allows the modem to double as a flash drive to maximize the flexibility of available USB ports.
