1. LM055 I require a Windows 7 driver for this bluetooth adapter Download the driver from http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php -
2. LM001 Which Operating systems does it not work with? Windows 98 & Windows CE are not supported -
3. LM005 I downloaded the windows 7 driver but when i install it, it says "sorry! we do not support this operation system!! The setup program on the download is for XP/Vista only. Extract the drivers into a folder and then point Windows 7 to the location of the driver -
4. LM055 My LM055 dongle does not work All previous version of Bluetooth software must be completely removed before installing any new Bluetooth software -
5. LM001 Does the LM001 work with Linux? Yes, the driver is included on the CD / download and the userguide is on the product page. -
6. LM001 I am experiencing a poor signal strength. Can this be improved? Yes, by changing the channel number. It may be another wireless network nearby is using the same channel number as you. -
7. LM022 I can not see my contacts when I insert the sim card into the reader? Please make sure that your contacts are saved to the SIM Card and not the mobile phone memory -
8. LM022 The lights on the reader dont work? There are no lights on the Sim Master. The domes are part of the design. -
9. LM023 Which driver do I download from your website... ? If your reader is blue, download v1.2.2. If your reader is white, download v2 -
10. LM001 Does the dongle work with Windows 98SE? Yes it does. On the CD, go to the drivers folder and there should be a folder marked as Windows 98. The drivers are in there.
